These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website enzoknows.com and the services provided by Enzo, an educational brand operated by Liquid Amber Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Enzo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

Enzo publishes general educational material about energy, recovery, and healthy aging for men over 40, and sells a self-paced online course. That is the whole of our service.

We are not a medical provider. Enzo is not a physician or a clinic. We do not provide medical services, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or personalized medical advice, and nothing we publish is a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Our material is general education only. Always talk to a licensed healthcare provider before making decisions about your health.

The course, payment, and refunds

The course is a one-time purchase of $17.99 USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details.
Access is delivered online through our member portal. Your access does not expire.
If the course is not for you, email us at hello@enzoknows.com and we will refund your purchase.
The course is for your personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publish the material.

Use of the website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enzo and Liquid Amber Partners LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our educational material.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Enzo. The following terms apply to our SMS program.

Program description: We send messages related to a course you purchased or a request you made. These include help accessing your course, occasional short follow-ups about the material, and, if you ask for it, information about scheduling a conversation with a licensed provider.
How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box in the chat widget on enzoknows.com, or by replying to a message from us confirming that you want to receive texts. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For a typical course buyer this is a small number of messages in the days after purchase.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
